Research

We are committed to evidence-based practice. Therefore, in addition to staying current with and integrating the best currently available research literature into our workshops, our team also conducts research studies that focus on the impact of Motivational Interviewing and coaching on various health-related behaviours. There are a wide variety of evidence-based journals with solid research about many aspects of Motivational Interviewing and healthy behaviours. While too many to list here, one place to start is with the online journal, Patient Education and Counselingclick here for a listing of articles on motivational interviewing published in that journal.
